Any attorney who directly or indirectly gains a client through this manner can not fight aggresively against the insurance companies on their clients behalf.
Why? Because ambulance chasing is a scam, and if discovered by the insurance company, they will greatly reduce the value of the claim or completely refuse to pay all together. The large insurance companies in our state have compiled lists of unethical attorneys. These attorneys are being investigated by the Connecticut Ethics Committee and The Attorney General. Please choose your Chiropractor and Attorney the traditional way - by reputation, referral or through advertising, NOT through an ambulance chasing scam!
